The Atlanta College Park location is… The Atlanta College Park location is difficult to work with. I started with Sam Shoaga to now over 10 other paralegals and attorneys who have foreign names and bad followups. I called to schedule an appointment in person to gain clarity and understanding. I spoke with a male rep and he said they were booked for the month. I feel like I am not being serviced professionally or with a sense of ethics. Seems like I am being scammed and forever paying on my case, or there is always some restrictions or waiting game. I honestly want clarity on the summary/numbers for my case to be successfully completed.

Lack of communication.. Lack of communication...ive been calling and texting everyone I've spoken to since my consultation. I understand they are busy but the point is to relieve some stress by getting help.
