Read what other higher courts have opined in the exact or very similar cases to yours - or read what the higher courts have opined on some elements which match your case. Overall Time Saver Overall time savings on creating and printing out motions, and not having to type all in from in from scratch. Spell checker seldom works in real time, can't seem to change or remove nickname fields to keep from printing, and sometimes can't get motion title to appear or print on right side of first page.

A great service, the app code needs work in places The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess.
