The new layout is very hard to… The new layout is very hard to navigate. Causes additional work because new sections are not outlined in the beginning. The formatting is way off also.

no thumbs up once i agreed to the free trail, there was no number or contact info to cancel when your free trail was. i cancelled before my free trail was up and i was still charged a monthly fee. i left a phone message and no one called me back.

You are fraudulently charging my credit… You are fraudulently charging my credit card. I did nothing but draft a document, I never printed anything and to lure people on the premise that just because you type a document doesn't mean you've provided a service. To make the website virtually impossible to make contact and/or change/delete information that you have used to create a billing cycle is not legal. You have been blocked from any future transactions on my account.

A great service, the app code needs work in places The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess.
