GBno thumbs up once i agreed to the free trail, there was no number or contact info to cancel when your free trail was. i cancelled before my free trail was up and i was still charged a monthly fee. i left a phone message and no one called me back.

GBTrial is too short! While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.
