GBPoor Customer service and lies. Poor Customer service and lies. Contacted chat to verify overnight was available in my area. They confirmed and stated if I put in my order then it would go out that day. The time was 3:15 pm Central. The next day I get an email that I did not place the order till after 4. I replied that I placed the order before 4 and got an email that they were central so it was 4:15 pm. I explained I was also central so it was in fact 3:15 pm when I placed the order and was told they would overnight. They stated they could ship overnight that day but would cost me full overnight cost though arrive a day late! I canceled the order. Bad company.

GBrather bad company rather bad company. promised the repairs to be done in 3 weeks max. guess what, I've waited 9 weeks and they kept my terminal as a hostage. Company gives fake promises and then gives you ton of excuses. Advise: Beware!!! Awful service.
