GBWrong Item I ordered terminals with a Global East base. They sent them with another base. I could not use them without a lengthy reprogramming which delayed my installation by a day and resulted in an angry merchant of mine. On the good side they apologized and a tech rep called me back in an hour and walked me through a reprogram.

GBPoor Customer service and lies. Poor Customer service and lies. Contacted chat to verify overnight was available in my area. They confirmed and stated if I put in my order then it would go out that day. The time was 3:15 pm Central. The next day I get an email that I did not place the order till after 4. I replied that I placed the order before 4 and got an email that they were central so it was 4:15 pm. I explained I was also central so it was in fact 3:15 pm when I placed the order and was told they would overnight. They stated they could ship overnight that day but would cost me full overnight cost though arrive a day late! I canceled the order. Bad company.

GBMike and Adam are AWESOME! Mike and Adam are AWESOME! They have great service and are quick to fix any issues that arise. My orders are shipped out much faster than the last company that I used and I am very happy with their service.
