You’re in good hands As soon as I emailed the company inquiring about services I was forwarded to Mr. David Donovan. He immediately called me to explain and answer further questions. A mistake came up on FedEx’s end which delayed my passport getting to me, after resending the application they told me it’ll take about 5 days to process and ship, I resent April 11th and received my passport April 18th.. if you do the math and don’t count the weekend that’s exactly 5 days! Now granted I didn’t need my passport until May 3rd so if it wasn’t for FedEx’s mistake I would’ve been had my passport sooner because that’s how fast this company is! I am so pleased with the communication and they exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d have to do something like this and I’m thankful I ran into this company. Whenever I had a question they had an answer whether it was via text or phone call. They really live up to their name: Fast Passport Center, 10/10 recommend! Thanks to them my son will join me on my birthday vacation. I can’t thank everyone enough!!!

I worked with Davidd from the… I worked with Davidd from the Philadelphia office. He provided excellent instructions, and explained the process and guided me to the documents I needed to complete. Once I had everything complete he sent email telling me when to expect my Passport and I actually arrived earlier than anticipated. When I tell you dave went above and… When I tell you dave went above and beyond the call of duty , it’s an I understand . I had an emergency and my passport was expired by 7 years . I was told by everyone 4-8 weeks . I called the state and the nearest appointment was in New Orleans . I live in south Florida Found Dave and not only did he get it done , he got sooner than I was told. Great service and great value. Don’t waste your time call Dave

Saved by Fast Passport! Noticed about 30 days before our trip that my passport had expired. Fast Passport saved my trip! We read reviews and I felt safe to trust them. Within 10 days I had my passport in hand. David communicated with me as I kept emailing him inquiring. Now if only Covid cases would reverse so that doesn't become an obstacle in getting to Aruba. Expediated Passport Service Leaving on Wednesday evening flight to Ireland, Monday morning decided to copy passports & credit cards etc. My passport had expired I was panicked, could not believe 10 years had past since I got it... Went to state.gov passport site talked to someone about what to do and could not get an appointment for the next day to renew at any of the renewal sites. Researched for expedited services and went with Fast Passport ...so glad I did, David Donovan made the steps needed very clear and that Wednesday morning FedEx delivered the new passport by 10:00 am.
