Expediated Passport Service Leaving on Wednesday evening flight to Ireland, Monday morning decided to copy passports & credit cards etc. My passport had expired I was panicked, could not believe 10 years had past since I got it... Went to state.gov passport site talked to someone about what to do and could not get an appointment for the next day to renew at any of the renewal sites. Researched for expedited services and went with Fast Passport ...so glad I did, David Donovan made the steps needed very clear and that Wednesday morning FedEx delivered the new passport by 10:00 am. This is customer service at its best! Thank you David!!

When I tell you dave went above and… When I tell you dave went above and beyond the call of duty , it’s an I understand . I had an emergency and my passport was expired by 7 years . I was told by everyone 4-8 weeks . I called the state and the nearest appointment was in New Orleans . I live in south Florida Found Dave and not only did he get it done , he got sooner than I was told. Great service and great value. Don’t waste your time call Dave
