I am being completely honest 10 out of 10 I am going to be completely honest with this review I thought this was gonna be a big scam but it actually wasn't. I even messed up my order and they helped me fix it and gave me the proper activation code. I have had way better support on this website than I've had on other known brands. They respond quickly as long as you email them during business hours which is from 9 am to 10 pm eastern time. And they truly give products at a lower cost with no weird sneaky backlash or scam. overall 10 out of 10 business.

They try to force you to buy cloud storage. The download link that they want you to use either requires you to wait for days for the download or pay for cloud storage. The alternative didnt work at all, it just did a 4 gig unusable file download. I tried to contact them for an alternative but the mail they use doesnt accept incoming mail, so you cant contact them if theres an issue. The product code was genuine and did work once id found an alternative way of installing the office product

Windows 10 license key All I needed was a license key for Windows 10 after installing a new motherboard and processor in my desktop PC. That's exactly what I got.

License? No. Foul language? Yes. I tried to purchase QuickBooks. Their website indicated the transaction was completed & I received a confirmation email from them. I asked through website chat for the license number. They accused me of being a scammer and repeatedly used foul language. In sum, I had to cancel two different credit cards to ensure they don't post fraudulent charges. BEWARE!!
