I was supported all the way from downloading to installation. He spent over an hour with me helping to Uninstall the old MS Office and installing the new One. Everything works fine.

I am being completely honest 10 out of 10 I am going to be completely honest with this review I thought this was gonna be a big scam but it actually wasn't. I even messed up my order and they helped me fix it and gave me the proper activation code. I have had way better support on this website than I've had on other known brands. They respond quickly as long as you email them during business hours which is from 9 am to 10 pm eastern time. And they truly give products at a lower cost with no weird sneaky backlash or scam. overall 10 out of 10 business.
