They try to force you to buy cloud storage. The download link that they want you to use either requires you to wait for days for the download or pay for cloud storage. The alternative didnt work at all, it just did a 4 gig unusable file download. I tried to contact them for an alternative but the mail they use doesnt accept incoming mail, so you cant contact them if theres an issue. The product code was genuine and did work once id found an alternative way of installing the office product

Purchased a licence for Windows 11 Pro Purchased a licence for Windows 11 Pro, but it licence key supplied had already been used on too many computers. i.e. it did not licence my product. Other buyers beware

Ordered Office 2021 package Ordered Office 2021 package. Received key within 24hrs. Company sent .iso file and key. After installing, I ran several anti-virus scans, and monitored for any outbound traffic. So far everything looks good. I am a bit paranoid about buying software from resellers, but no complaints so far. (review written 2 days after receiving software)

Professionalism Professionalism, Really knew his product. One star for the company due to having him call a client that’s not in his native tongue. I had to keep saying, I don’t understand what you’re saying ! This is very frustrating, not only to me but also to your technicians. Needs corrected !!!

All good. All good, just wonder how that works??? I had some hardware issues with some computers. By the time everything ran again the Windows license quit. Instead of going to Micro Soft I tried you for a lot less money and it worked just fine.
