The Integrity, professionalism and confidence of the Passport Store is truly exceptional. As an Architect and College Professor, I have traveled around the world and for the past years, I have always used The Passport Store. The turn around time of obtaining visas and passports from The Passport Store have always been done promptly and without any issues. The company's CEO Mr. Sosa is always on-site and available to care your every need. Unlike other companies, Mr. Sosa will dedicate the necessary time and effort, to engage on a one-to-one basis with each of his costumers. I recomend The Passport Store without any reservations whatsoever!

Friendly customer service! When I had to travel to Europe on short notice due to an emergency, I was caught by surprise to find that my Passport had expired just recently. Michael Sosa and the team at the passport store put me at ease while resolving my dilemma in no time. Michael kept me informed every step of the way. I was extremely happy with the friendly and professional customer service.
