Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism! The owner, Mike, has been doing this for a lot of years. He knows his stuff and he knows how to treat people. He also knows how to meet a tight deadline! My fiancee and I had booked our honeymoon abroad but forgot that our passports had expired. Mike calmly but quickly walked us through the process of getting our passports as quickly as humanly possible. If it wasn't for Mike and his staff at the Passport Store, our honeymoon would've been ruined and we would've lost a lot of money. I highly recommend the Passport Srore! I planned a trip and unbeknownst to me my passport was expired, I contacted that passport store in a panic, Michael assured me that he could have it turned around in 3-4 days, and this was exactly what occurred.
