Horrible experience!! :( Very bad experience on this service. Nothing good to mention, but the bad. -I upload everything needed and my document was never ready, as the system was telling me the photo was not correct over and over again. -The document was never ready to download. Even if i reached support team. -In the end of my trip and after having problems for not having the license (Fine from police) I requested the refund. -They started to ask me about the details of my birthday and other things to prepare my document to download it manually but I don’t need it anymore. I would never use the service if I would be you. Try with the official office in your country or another way.
