The website isn't clear enough on how… The website isn't clear enough on how long it takes to get the international driver's license. We didn't find out anything about even needing an international driver's license until the day before, so my daughter and I were freaking out about it and didn't know if we were going to have it on time for our trip.

IDP as expected per website info Getting my international driving permit (IDP) online was easy, straightforward, and as described on the website. I received my IDP within the time specified on the website too. I printed the relevant pages and have been good to go renting vehicles in Africa and Europe.

Horrible experience!! :( Very bad experience on this service. Nothing good to mention, but the bad. -I upload everything needed and my document was never ready, as the system was telling me the photo was not correct over and over again. -The document was never ready to download. Even if i reached support team. -In the end of my trip and after having problems for not having the license (Fine from police) I requested the refund. -They started to ask me about the details of my birthday and other things to prepare my document to download it manually but I don’t need it anymore. I would never use the service if I would be you. Try with the official office in your country or another way.
