Would never use the service again Guy was not professional. Communication was poor Rushed service. Found a local service for the rest of my family that had better customer service. No need to call me, not using service again.

Confident and what they do I was told that I would have my visa within 28 days, they provided the visa and they maintained contact and answered questions when I called regarding the progress of my visa app. It was nearly the same cost if I went to the consulate myself, but the consulate could not guarantee that I would have it in 30 days, more like 60, and they also wanted my documents for approval. I had a peace of mind that my trip to Brasil was a GO!
