It's so great to have him on the phone with me because he knows exactly what i want. Other than that, it's a little difficult to reach out to Derek or other representatives. The girl always put me on hold.

Somewhat satisfied Through the process I had a number of questions. I had great difficulty getting through on the phone but email was prompt and efficient. I did receive my passport in a timly fashion. But I never received any notification of the insurance I purchased. It was not even on my receipt but I did pay for it. I questioned my representative but still have not received anything. I am not sure what to do if the passport was lost.
