I had a great experiance, and the folks are very professional & pleasent to work with. From the moment that I started working with these folks, they made things SO smooth & easy to understand. They took their time explaining the process, what I would need to do & then what they would be doing. I dealt with 2 or 3 different people, and they were all very helpful, professional & pleasant to speak with, which also made the process easier. I REALLY appreciate these folks & visapassporpro's, and feel that if they had not been available, I would have had a very difficult time getting all the paperwork completed accurately & on time. My visas arrived on time, but the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. The customer service rep who helped us need lots of work. It took three calls to get a response. When I called to check status, I never got a response. However the visas did arrived on time.

Somewhat satisfied Through the process I had a number of questions. I had great difficulty getting through on the phone but email was prompt and efficient. I did receive my passport in a timly fashion. But I never received any notification of the insurance I purchased. It was not even on my receipt but I did pay for it. I questioned my representative but still have not received anything. I am not sure what to do if the passport was lost.

100% reliable! I needed my damaged passport replaced in three days! Three ! They delivered as agreed, I have no complaints. I am completely satisfied.
