The choice was very good. From the initial contact we were dealt with in a friendly and professional way, The team member helped us over the phone and explained what was available. Paid a deposit for a stripper, with an agreed price. 3 days before we depart for our stag do, we get told we owe and extra €50 to what was agreed due to the exchange rate. I asked to confirm what date their exchange rate was taken and where it was taken from, but they have since ignored 2 email messages. They obviously tie you into this as you have paid your deposit. The show was also terrible, lasted 10 minutes if that. They do not provide an address on there website, just a Cardiff telephone number.

Just wanted to say I love to have the prices displayed on every item (though I get further discounts on many items). the items are always sent on perfect time.the service i received is very good also. In my opinion, this company have the best combination of service, products and delivery, My local favourite and the site is really simple to use. Also I bumped into the other day the manager of the main store, who seems to be sorting the main department in Brighton out. This is very encouraging. He’s a top bloke, always on hand with all issues. I hope he turns the new department in to what we already have at other store. I would recommend giving them a call though if they dont reply online chat straight away. makes things alot faster. thankyou george

Irritated by the way my complaint has … Irritated by the way my complaint has been handled. Paid for a performer to do 2 routines totalling 20 minutes but ended up with a half hearted 'routine' lasting 5. Very unhappy as cannot redo a hen do, was supposed to be in officer and a gentleman outfit but arrived in a tacky police officer uniform. Have tried to complain, sent video footage proving performance quality but as of yet have had 0 compensation.

Had the worse experience using this… Had the worse experience using this company.. we booked a dwarf handcuff prank for 3 hours on 29th march. The day before i cecked ro see if all ways ok but they can confirmed they can only do one hour now less the 24hr notice.. on the day i then get told there had been a error and the place and time we booked could not go ahead and would have to wait to the next day, we finally managed to get something sorted about 6 hours after orignal booking and different location , we had to rush around find the place. When arrived we had paid for them to be dressed up but was in normal close and wasnt even with us all the time and going to see other people. We paid good money for something worth fraction the price.. i would avoid and use other companies if i was you
