Booked an entertainer months in advance - were told he would be in touch 1 week before to confirm meeting location. 5 days before, still heard nothing so got in touch. 2 days later, still not heard back so rang and (to be fair) received a prompt email confirming location. Less than 10 minutes before he was due, we receive a text cancelling. What's the point of booking with an agency if they can't get an alternative at short notice? If they were going to cancel, at least more than 5 minutes notice would have been appreciated so at least we could re-organise our evening. Sure, they say they've refunded me - but bit hard to re-run a one night event they've ruined.

Don’t book service Booked a dwarf well in advance through this company , 5 hours before dwarf was supposed to arrive we get a email from Agency saying dwarf cannot make it…. AN EMAIL?! We hired pr build and puchased vinyl… We hired pr build and puchased vinyl plank flooring. Tom came out to our house with several samples and was very knowledgeable in helping pick the best floor for our needs and wants. His quality workmanship and attention to detail was beyond our expectations.He was very helpful. They also took great care in removing & reinstalling the baseboards and everything was kept neat and tidy during removal of old flooring and install of new floor. I am beyond pleased with the end result, I highly recommend this company. If you are looking for wonderful people and beautiful floors I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed. thank you Roger Farnham
