There are cheaper ways to fill out these same forms where you don't have to pay monthly to access them. I had trouble filling in some of the fields, some didn't work and had to submit a ticket, and the number fields don't take a decimal or you get an error message with no explanation. I needed a lot of information about my husband that i can't get because we are separated and it's not amicable. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE with only a few exceptions.
