They don't respond to emails. Highly concerned I provided a lot of personal and financial information to a company that is either a scam or no long in operation.

When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

STOP, they are Scammers! STOP! Do not supply your credit card info to mydivorcepapers.com. They are no longer in business, however their website makes no mention of that and is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork. But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly "service fee" every month and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected, I had to cancel my credit card. Beware.

Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with. I want my refund immediately, not later because I might change my mind. This service is horrible!!
