GBI had a lot of trouble with the promises of a caseworker and the website I had a lot of trouble with the website. They also told me I had a "caseworker" who would help me and gave me the name in an email and phone number. First of all the phone number was wrong and when I calledp it went to a general line. I had trouble filling in some of the fields, some didn't work and had to submit a ticket, and the number fields don't take a decimal or you get an error message with no explanation. I needed a lot of information about my husband that i can't get because we are separated and it's not amicable. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE with only a few exceptions.

GBWaste of time Waste of time. It has taken so ling to prosess these forms that my spouce has hired a lawyer and the divorce is costing thousands of dollars more than planned. The web forms will not update with new information. Date fields will not accept new dates. Number fields will not accept new numbers and no one on there staff knows how to fix any of the problems. They just tell you that it looks right on their computer, but the forms do not print out with the correct information.

GBSTOP, they are Scammers! STOP! Do not supply your credit card info to mydivorcepapers.com. They are no longer in business, however their website makes no mention of that and is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork. But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly "service fee" every month and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected, I had to cancel my credit card. Beware.

GBStill waiting on everything Still waiting on everything. I like that they walk you through everything but all the extra fees just to get a download is ridiculous! I just called a lawyer and I hope I get all the information need I is sent to me.... so someone can actually help me. I trusted this website because it was the most expensive on the internet. Dont look like a fool just go with a cheaper divorce lawyer, TAKES WAYYYY TO LONG!!!!!! WHAT IF HE FILED BEFORE ME>>>>> I HAD TO CLICK ON A INK TO finalize IT!!!!

GBPaperwork rejected initially the service was fine. However the documentation was not accepted by Florida. The alimony portion of the filing was removed from the printout. In trying to reach the company to resolve this issue I was consistently put on extended holds with the smooth jazz elevator music creating a brain worm. Followup: They did reach out to me allowing the paperwork to be regenerated. This lasted only one day however. I ended up doing the one form manually from a free printout from the courthouse website.
