Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with.
