Our year of separation was up on Jan 1, 2023 and my support person sent me an email in Aug 2022 that the process would be on hold until we said to start at the new year. Well the clock is ticking, our Better Business office and State's Attorney office are waiting for my response. To date your 15 years of saisfactory service you discuss has not impressed me. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with.
