Misrepresented timelines severely.. Misrepresented timelines severely... stated 2-3 days to get my completed forms back. Then sent me 3 emails in 12 hours saying my forms were completed. When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

However, double check the quit claim deed form accepted by your county of residence before buying theirs. My county didn't accept it and I had to pay for the correct one on another site.
