Our year of separation was up on Jan 1, 2023 and my support person sent me an email in Aug 2022 that the process would be on hold until we said to start at the new year. Well the clock is ticking, our Better Business office and State's Attorney office are waiting for my response. To date your 15 years of saisfactory service you discuss has not impressed me. When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

However, double check the quit claim deed form accepted by your county of residence before buying theirs. My county didn't accept it and I had to pay for the correct one on another site.

I expected some amount of human review in the process but this is a 100% automated form dump just like the others, only at three times the price. There are cheaper ways to fill out these same forms where you don't have to pay monthly to access them. My final product had blanks where information and important child support numbers were left empty. Stay far away from this company and it's other faces online.
