Download I am having a very hard time downloading my paperwork. I have no way to contact the company the phone number just rings once and hangs up

I just called a lawyer and I hope I get all the information need I is sent to me.... so someone can actually help me. I trusted this website because it was the most expensive on the internet. Misrepresented timelines severely.. Misrepresented timelines severely... stated 2-3 days to get my completed forms back. Then sent me 3 emails in 12 hours saying my forms were completed. When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

it is great and user friendly but… it is great and user friendly but really wish they had someone to chat with on weekends when trying to get a couple questions answered . all in all it is very easy especially with both parties compromising on everything so it is a quick and easy process so both can move on with their lives
