Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with. I want my refund immediately, not later because I might change my mind. This service is horrible!!

However, double check the quit claim deed form accepted by your county of residence before buying theirs. My county didn't accept it and I had to pay for the correct one on another site.

it is great and user friendly but… it is great and user friendly but really wish they had someone to chat with on weekends when trying to get a couple questions answered . all in all it is very easy especially with both parties compromising on everything so it is a quick and easy process so both can move on with their lives
