They are no longer in business, however their website makes no mention of that and is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork. But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly "service fee" every month and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected, I had to cancel my credit card.
