GBDO NOT USE, 100% SCAM!!! Edit: after this review, several others, along with a call to my credit card company, and many not very kind emails to the company, I was contacted and my forms were made available. I’ll keep updating to let you know if the forms are accepted at my court, but for now we go up to 3 stars from 1 No replies to email, phone not connected, chat feature on site doesn’t work. So far it seems I’ve given every bit of vital information to a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

GBIf I could give this a negative rating If I could give this a negative rating, I would! Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with. I want my refund immediately, not later because I might change my mind. This service is horrible!!

GBHelped but not honest This website did actually help me get through my divorce. The papers were mostly accurate, but I did need to get help from a clerk at the court house directing me on how to file.( I did not need all the forms at once and I had to add one or two but not too daunting a process.) My real complaint is two years later ( I used their services in 2017) that they are still trying to charge my credit card. Luckily I used my amex and they are investigating. This is the second time that they tried to charge me a fee for nothing . BEWARE, they are fraudulently charging your cards after the transactions and subscriptions have been cancelled.

GBMisrepresented timelines severely.. Misrepresented timelines severely... stated 2-3 days to get my completed forms back. Then sent me 3 emails in 12 hours saying my forms were completed. When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

GBPaperwork rejected initially the service was fine. However the documentation was not accepted by Florida. The alimony portion of the filing was removed from the printout. In trying to reach the company to resolve this issue I was consistently put on extended holds with the smooth jazz elevator music creating a brain worm. Followup: They did reach out to me allowing the paperwork to be regenerated. This lasted only one day however. I ended up doing the one form manually from a free printout from the courthouse website.
