STOP, they are Scammers! STOP! Do not supply your credit card info to mydivorcepapers.com. They are no longer in business, however their website makes no mention of that and is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork. But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly "service fee" every month and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected, I had to cancel my credit card. Beware.

Our year of separation was up on Jan 1, 2023 and my support person sent me an email in Aug 2022 that the process would be on hold until we said to start at the new year.
