GBDO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE! Paid for the service and started to fill out forms. Next day my log in won't work. Verified the login inform was correct. Their phone number is disconnected. They don't respond to emails. Highly concerned I provided a lot of personal and financial information to a company that is either a scam or no long in operation.

GBI'm giving a 4 stars not because of the… I'm giving a 4 stars not because of the service but because of office hours. but in overall they are prompt on replies and very much to the point needed. I have requested a couple of replies were i had issues and they were prompt on helping out, they also break it down for you so you can follow procedure easily. thank you for everything.

GBIf I could give this a negative rating If I could give this a negative rating, I would! Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with. I want my refund immediately, not later because I might change my mind. This service is horrible!!

GBI have sent several emails since the… I have sent several emails since the beginning of the year requesting our forms so we can begin processs to no avail. Our year of separation was up on Jan 1, 2023 and my support person sent me an email in Aug 2022 that the process would be on hold until we said to start at the new year. Well the clock is ticking, our Better Business office and State's Attorney office are waiting for my response. To date your 15 years of saisfactory service you discuss has not impressed me. Waiting for forms.
