I just called a lawyer and I hope I get all the information need I is sent to me.... so someone can actually help me. I trusted this website because it was the most expensive on the internet. Waste of time Waste of time. It has taken so ling to prosess these forms that my spouce has hired a lawyer and the divorce is costing thousands of dollars more than planned. The web forms will not update with new information. Date fields will not accept new dates. Number fields will not accept new numbers and no one on there staff knows how to fix any of the problems. They just tell you that it looks right on their computer, but the forms do not print out with the correct information.

I expected some amount of human review in the process but this is a 100% automated form dump just like the others, only at three times the price. There are cheaper ways to fill out these same forms where you don't have to pay monthly to access them. My final product had blanks where information and important child support numbers were left empty. Stay far away from this company and it's other faces online.

it is great and user friendly but… it is great and user friendly but really wish they had someone to chat with on weekends when trying to get a couple questions answered . all in all it is very easy especially with both parties compromising on everything so it is a quick and easy process so both can move on with their lives

Everything I call to get status, Alexis gives me the same answer, "its still in the mailroom" Today I called to cancel my platinum service and get my money order back. Alexis who is now named Frank tried to intimidate me into keeping the service. I'm not going to pay or keep a service that I am not satisfied with. I want my refund immediately, not later because I might change my mind. This service is horrible!!
