I am reading the reviews which there… I am reading the reviews which there are, apparently, more bad reviews than good and it seems that, with all of them, they give a standard reply to contact them and they will be happy to resolve it...even though there are several reviews complaining about lack of communication and not being able to reach anyone.

Acts like a SCAM company This seems like a scam. The payments are NOT based on income level. I tried to tell you that I already spoke with the US Dept of EDU and even emailed you a copy of the form that I had sent to them. I explained my dire situation with my husband's job loss and medical condition, but I was still charged over $200 for 2 months of your NOT getting my student loans out of default. I spoke directly with US Dept to get my loans out of default and prevent garnishment after paying you to do that. You wouldn't email or mail the form I needed to stop the automatic draft from my account and the person "assigned to my account" was never available when I called. Not acceptable. As far as my opinion, you owe me my money back.

Intentional Misrepresentation I was misinformed about the nature of this company. I was never told that the money I was told to pay was NOT going directly to my student loan! I just found out that the money that is being taken out of my paycheck every week is Trustpilot's FEE! That amount could have been going to my student loan to bring the amount in arrears back up to date!! I'm very unhappy with this arrangement. I could have spoken directly to the Student Loan commission and made arrangements!
