Great Customer Service inWhatLanguage did a great job making sure to meet all of our needs and communicated with us well.

Didn't follow directions for format or time requirements but did make things right. Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.

A top notch translating service! Within minutes of submitting a request for a quote, an agent called me on the phone. Staff members were all very friendly. The final translated product was returned to me within 48 hours (more than 24 hours ahead of schedule). The cost of the service seemed reasonable to me, especially for the convenience and quality of service. I would certainly recommend inWhatLanguage to a friend.

Flexibility. First time accuracy. Reasonably Priced. - Why hire in-house resources? When looking for the best way to get our documents translated 1) quickly, 2) accurately, and 3) timely, we reviewed use of internal resources, off-shore translation, language students, as well as InWhatLanguage and others. What we found was that InWhatLanguage was able to meet the three core requirements as well as staff the jobs with people who were able to quickly come up to speed on our particular industry jargon and terms. This resulted in the lowest amount of rework / editing of translated documents (which was costing us more time and resources with other solution options).
