Reliable and fast I really appreciate working with inWhatLanguage for translations needs on my company's website. They're able to provide translations quickly and painlessly. They're a great company to work with and I really appreciate them!

Didn't follow directions for format or time requirements but did make things right. Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.

We always have short deadlines for our labels and usually need our translations quickly. inWhatLanguage not only does the job quickly, but they do it with a smile - meaning the team there is by far the most patience, quickest responding and friendliest group. Excellent customer service! Excellent customer service! Very polite and attentive, responding to emails within a couple of minutes. I attained quotes from around 10 different translation services and inWhatLanguage was the cheapest quote I received. I paid for a 48 hour service and they provided translations in under 24 hours. Very impressed!
