They never ran out of helpful ideas The project I most wanted them to do was to convert a mathematical book from one font to another, including thousands of mathematical symbols. I could not give them access to the AMS LATEX file and the job was extremely difficult without such tex files. At times,when I thought we should abandon this effort, they kept working on it and came through at the end.
