terrible service waited over 2 months for something to… i waited over 2 months for something to be done. finally i asked for a prtial refund and told you you could keep my books, sell them and keep all the money. i was promised a return call that never happened. you are supposedlya christian organizationand have not acted as a christian should. call me. rev. gordon jones 951-929-9089

They never ran out of helpful ideas The project I most wanted them to do was to convert a mathematical book from one font to another, including thousands of mathematical symbols. I could not give them access to the AMS LATEX file and the job was extremely difficult without such tex files. At times,when I thought we should abandon this effort, they kept working on it and came through at the end.
