GBPenguin Book Writers lures first time… Penguin Book Writers lures first time authors into thinking they will get support to put their book online with Amazon and other entities. The first contract is a BAIT and the following "CONTRACTS" acting as the SWITCH. All of a sudden, they go from person to person and then bring up ridiculous prices for things like ISBNs and Copyrights - including the fact they are trying to charge you for "Annual Renewals". Guess what? ISBN's and Copyrights DO NOT REQUIRE ANNUAL RENEWALS! Marketing contracts are followed up with offers to do more for tens of thousands of dollars. I filed a complaint with the FTC and a review with the BBB. Beware of Penguin Book Writers. They are a complete scam of a company! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATIONS!

GBHaley (Stringfellow) is honest Haley (Stringfellow) is honest, helpful and constructive! I felt like I was having a genuine conversation versus a cliche of auto responses. She had a pleasant sense of humor. I enjoyed speaking with her.

GBPenguin promised 100% refund and they lied to me If the contract generated by Penguin Bookwriters states a 100% refund, then why are you not wanting to honor your contract? My attorney will be handling this matter and as recommended by another former client of this FAKE company, I am reporting them to the FBI and the BBB. I came to them with my book already written, with a book cover, and Logan, a former employee, gave me the new book cover with no strings attached. The trailer issues were resolved but nothing else. The interviews with supposed magazines and news journals NEVER posted my work because the staff of Penguin, not real staff from the companies did the interviews and they never could show me where my articles were posted. This is a last ditch effort by Samantha Hayes to discredit my valid complaint. Please let me know your registered business name? If you read other 1 star reviews, you'll see the pattern of them not refunding money. I am not alone in this battle to recover my funds. DO NOT be a victim, future authors.

AUI should have read the below review… I should have read the below review first. I fell for the PBW heist. The contract is worthless, they keep asking for thousands of dollars more, no further contract. It's a scam. Do not use them. I copied the below statement from another victim, it states exactly what happened to me.
