GBDragged my heels with joining this… Dragged my heels with joining this after I read about it a while back but signed up this year as a treat to myself because they've had some absolute blinders as records of the month in the past. Am 2 records into a 3 month membership and the selections and experience has been great. Not had any problems with deliveries or defects yet but confident that these will be resolved quickly if I do. Have already changed my 3 month to a full 12 month membership at next renewal so you can't get a better endorsement than that.

GBAwesome subscription Very good. If you have a broad taste In music then the subscription is very worthwhile. There's a lot of people complaining on here that clearly didn't read the subscription details properly. Parcels often go missing once they arrive in the UK but that's no fault of theirs, and they always replace items or give store credit. I'm so impressed with VMP that ove changed my subscription to a 12 month one.

GBVMP always goes above and beyond to… VMP always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied as a customer. I appreciate the detail and care they give to their records and the ease of being a member. I recommend VMP to just about anyone I know who is into records.

AUBorderline scam, bad customer service, bad range After selecting Australia and putting in our Australian shipping details we were horrified to learn the price was in USD and only found out when an additional $300 and huge international transaction fee came out of our account. The range in general sucks and despite sending me 100+ emails in a year, I have yet to receive one reminding me the swaps window will close soon, which would be very helpful (i missed the window and received garbage three times). I have contacted customer service about both of the above complaints and received no response. Additionally, after cancelling my subscription, I was told I am unable to make a swap this month because my subscription is ending, even though I still have one more record coming. This means I am receiving a remastered jazz record from 1975 containing a whopping six songs in total (three to a side). There is absolutely no reason I shouldn't be able to swap this, given the swap window is still open, but I have still been told I am unable to do it. The service provides everything it says it provides, but the website sucks and so does the customer service. I'm sure they're making a mint selling overpriced mass produced records and making it as difficult as possible for their subscribers to switch off. Dishonest and deceptive business model, very disappointing.
