This has to be one of the lamest… This has to be one of the lamest experiences I've ever had. Their catalogue is nothing special. Who cares about special edition or colored vinyl. If it is essential, then you probably already own it. They also want your credit card information to start a gift subscription so they can automatically bill you when you forget to cancel. Curate your own music, don't let some else do it for you, and support your local record store not VMP.

Even a gift subscription isn't worth it Setting up an account with a gift subscription you still have to provide your credit card. They don't charge you until your gift subscription is up then they assume you want your subscription to continue. They provide no phone number so I'm still waiting to get refunded and while I'm waiting they ship another record which will make it so much harder now to get refunded. Overall their site and customer service is awful
