GBMore pros than cons. I totally loved being a member of the Dolly Parton vinyl club. I just wish more of the albums issued were new-to-vinyl units, as opposed to re-issue on vinyl. Plus, for some reason my friends around the US who were also in that club, received theirs in the mail weeks before I did, and no explanation was ever given.

GBDon't buy from them! Very poor customer service. Ordered an item to be shipped to the UK. No tracking information available for 3 weeks and now on the DHL site the tracking number appear incorrect. Contacted them once, very unhelpful and now I contacted for a refund that I don't know if I'm going to receive. Stay away from this company!!!

GBHigh quality records High quality records. A little on the pricey side but clearly a lot of love and care put into the product. Been a subscriber for 6 years and don’t plan on going anywhere.
