GBI ordered 5 vinyls to the value of 130… I ordered 5 vinyls to the value of 130 uk pounds. I got notification that the items had been shipped on the 9th April. Two weeks later and I look at the shipping website and the package hasn’t moved. I contact VMP and tell them this. They tell me that they will ship the order again. 4 days later and it’s still not been shipped. I then contact them on the 1st may and tell them to cancel the order. They then have the temerity to refund 109 uk pounds saying that they took off 21 pounds for shipping even though they haven’t shipped anything. Having to go through my credit card company to get a refund on the difference. An utter disgrace of a company.

GBEvery experience is positive Not sure which experience but everything was smooth as usual. Everyone at VMP is helpful, professional, and cool. Whenever there is an issue it’s dealt with promptly and correctly. It’s a great gift for the vinyl lover in your life and you only get what you want. I love VMP.

GBDon't buy from them! Very poor customer service. Ordered an item to be shipped to the UK. No tracking information available for 3 weeks and now on the DHL site the tracking number appear incorrect. Contacted them once, very unhelpful and now I contacted for a refund that I don't know if I'm going to receive. Stay away from this company!!!

GBAwesome subscription Very good. If you have a broad taste In music then the subscription is very worthwhile. There's a lot of people complaining on here that clearly didn't read the subscription details properly. Parcels often go missing once they arrive in the UK but that's no fault of theirs, and they always replace items or give store credit. I'm so impressed with VMP that ove changed my subscription to a 12 month one.
