Whenever there is an issue it’s dealt with promptly and correctly. It’s a great gift for the vinyl lover in your life and you only get what you want. I love VMP.

Awesome subscription Very good. If you have a broad taste In music then the subscription is very worthwhile. There's a lot of people complaining on here that clearly didn't read the subscription details properly. Parcels often go missing once they arrive in the UK but that's no fault of theirs, and they always replace items or give store credit. I'm so impressed with VMP that ove changed my subscription to a 12 month one.
