Highly recommended! Website is user friendly. I really enjoy the live database as I am scanning and the dashboard breaking down sales and along with what has been listed and what has sold. Also enjoy the communication from customer service about updates on my packages. So far planning to continue doing business with y’all

The ease of scanning and shipping make this a no brainer. It's easy to add by scanning and see the potential profit by sending items in. However, with having to split boxes depending on whether text books or now, it would be helpful to have a way to mark books that go to your textbook processor, process that box and then move to the next box. I had to remove all the non text books from the list and when complete I had to rescan. I also included a box content list from the export of the list.

Does anyone actually work there I have been paid by Declutter 2x in the amount of time that this company still doesnt show the shipment as received. It has been received and i get lots of nice emails but no action. I figured it may take longer to sell but not to just update the website the product has beem received. I regret sending and unless something drastically changes will not ise again.

Instructions clear Instructions clear; provided a label to mail books; need to offer address to mail DVD/cds even though your label will not be purchased. I could have sent DVDs cheaper than $12.00.
