Lost my book Sent a book in. They claim they didn't receive it even though tracking says they did. Very dismissive in their email comunications.

The ease of scanning and shipping make this a no brainer. It's easy to add by scanning and see the potential profit by sending items in. However, with having to split boxes depending on whether text books or now, it would be helpful to have a way to mark books that go to your textbook processor, process that box and then move to the next box. I had to remove all the non text books from the list and when complete I had to rescan. I also included a box content list from the export of the list.

Still figuring it out, but overall, a positive experience. I had a great experience my first time sending inventory. The team is responsive and friendly, the directions for packing and shipping were easy, and overall, it's positive. The app is difficult to use with the scanner not always working effectively and at first I wasn't clear on what they'd accepted when using the phone app. It's also challenging to find inventory they're willing to take sometimes. I'll continue to send to Restricted Inventory as I keep selling books as a side hustle while in school. In many ways, it's much easier and less hassle than sending to Amazon and selling FBA, despite having to split the profits with RI.

Not trustworthy They held my books for 2 months before sending to FBA, january textbook season had already passed. I got a very small fraction of the profit that was quoted on the website. I reached out, and customer support didn’t seem to care all that much. I would have easily made more money selling direct on ebay. Also, This company asks for reviews immediately when you set up an account. How can i leave an honest review before i’ve actually worked with them? So i would question the positive reviews here.

Good business, little rough on edges and still satisfied. The didn't seem to work well with my ring scanner. It wasn't clear to me how i would receive payment, I know paypal or email but I was never asked for my official method. When in the site, I would like to scan without adding to the list automatically. seen auto add in the app not the site.... If you have direct email I can send more user tips to polish as I use it more..
