I had given a bad review due to frustration with the run around until an agent who truly cared started wrkn with me !! When Nick started wrkn with me he took his time extremely patient with me and I was raving lunatic but even tho I mat not have got all I wanted I was compensated fairly which is all n e one can ask I'm thankful to b part of such a responsible app that is not a fraud !!! They paid me once They paid me once, but when I requested the second payment, they did not pay. Then I contacted support and they told me that my account is under review, and I have been waiting for more than a week to be informed of the reason for their failure to pay. It seems that they do not care.

Can’t withdraw without SSN??? I downloaded this app and thought that it was going to be straight forward and easy. And it was! Until it came time for me to withdraw all of the money I earned from an entire week (an hour or two a day). It does not disclose this at the beginning, but you need to verify with your SSN, a picture of your ID, and a picture of your face. Your money will be locked behind this super invasive wall. I thought, I guess I’ll verify because I worked really hard for the 50$ I wanted to withdraw. I attempted to verify and it didn’t work. I emailed them and it took them multiple days to get back to me. All they could tell me is try again. OBVIOUSLY IT DIDN'T WORK THE FIRST TIME! I would just like to redeem my 50$ with no excuses. They’ll talk to you like YOU did something wrong when all you did was follow the procedure they made. I still haven’t received my money, and I suspect I never will. TLDR: super invasive, asked for my SSN, ID, and a selfie. Attempted to do this and it didn’t work anyways (so now my info is out there with no reward). Customer support is rude, and they pick and choose who gets to redeem their money.
