GBCompensation for loss of points My first day there’s a lot of things wrong, but the most annoying was when I finished a long review, it shut down and left no record of my completion. To make things right they rewarded me $2 to compensate. So that was a positive thing and i appreciated that.

GBI always hate having to email about a… I always hate having to email about a problem. I always think it will be a waste of time. This was super quick and painless. Just a few screenshots and that's it. Thank goodness!

GBI had to provide a lot of information I had to provide a lot of information, multiple times the same items I had already provided, but they helped me and manually put the money on my account that I was missing. For that, I am appreciative

GBCan’t withdraw without SSN??? I downloaded this app and thought that it was going to be straight forward and easy. And it was! Until it came time for me to withdraw all of the money I earned from an entire week (an hour or two a day). It does not disclose this at the beginning, but you need to verify with your SSN, a picture of your ID, and a picture of your face. Your money will be locked behind this super invasive wall. I thought, I guess I’ll verify because I worked really hard for the 50$ I wanted to withdraw. I attempted to verify and it didn’t work. I emailed them and it took them multiple days to get back to me. All they could tell me is try again. OBVIOUSLY IT DIDN'T WORK THE FIRST TIME! I would just like to redeem my 50$ with no excuses. They’ll talk to you like YOU did something wrong when all you did was follow the procedure they made. I still haven’t received my money, and I suspect I never will. TLDR: super invasive, asked for my SSN, ID, and a selfie. Attempted to do this and it didn’t work anyways (so now my info is out there with no reward). Customer support is rude, and they pick and choose who gets to redeem their money.

GBSuper fast and helpful!!! I was surprised how quickly the team responded with the needs to complete my reward. I made breakfast and sent them what was asked and they have solved my issues and credited my account.... I'm still eating breakfast. Most customer service issues take hours or days so it's wonderful to see they handled it in minutes. Thanks!
