GBQuick to fix your credits While this is the second time I’ve had to contact customer support about a missing credit they have always been very quick to action my request. They have good precise handling of any account issues.

GBIt shouldn’t have taken THAT many emails… It shouldn’t have taken as many emails as it did to resolve this issue. The stubborn person handling it in the beginning needs to get off his high horse and actually help people. Why would I lie about hitting a level in a game? Ridiculous.

Then I contacted support and they told me that my account is under review, and I have been waiting for more than a week to be informed of the reason for their failure to pay. It seems that they do not care.

GBIt was easy to send my concerns to the… It was easy to send my concerns to the support department. The response time varied from good to excellent. They were extremely helpful in solving my issues. It would be great if all companies had Cashkicks level of support!

GBStops registering game/challenges at all. Was able to make about 25$ before I started having an issue where literally nothing registers or goes into my progress tab. Wasted hours and hours of time trying to earn some of their challenges just to be told there’s nothing they can do about it if it doesn’t register. 5 apps/games in a row with about 8 hours of play time for absolutely no reason.
