USIt was easy to send my concerns to the… It was easy to send my concerns to the support department. The response time varied from good to excellent. They were extremely helpful in solving my issues. It would be great if all companies had Cashkicks level of support!

USIt shouldn’t have taken THAT many emails… It shouldn’t have taken as many emails as it did to resolve this issue. The stubborn person handling it in the beginning needs to get off his high horse and actually help people. Why would I lie about hitting a level in a game? Ridiculous.

GBGood Rewards - Good Service Overall, I am quite pleased with an app that provides sizeable rewards. While there have been some issues with effective tracking of my accomplishments of rewards, the support staff has been fast in reacting. They did notify me that some of the rewards can't be manually adjusted multiple times, so I may abandon the timing pursuit of some of those rewards, but overall, they have addressed the bugs in the system I faced.

USGood app I saw this app on TikTok and figured I give it a try. I was playing monopoly go like a mad man trying to get all my boards completed in time. I finished my first two goals and received the money but when I finished the last board (it was a $60 prize) I never got the money. So I messaged support thinking it would be a dead end or some sort of loophole on why I didn’t get the reward, but they fixed this issue in less than 24 hours and gave me the money!
