GBThey are fraudsters They are fraudsters. They deactivated my account when I requested my payment. A message appeared to me that my account needed to be reactivated because I had exceeded 90 days without logging in to it. This is not true. The day before I requested the payment, I emailed them, but they did not respond. It seems that they left the email. Mine is on the spam list. I see positive reviews here from users, but it seems that they pay randomly and block randomly so that they do not pay everything they owe, as most opinion poll and earning sites do through games. This is disgusting.

GBCan’t withdraw without SSN??? I downloaded this app and thought that it was going to be straight forward and easy. And it was! Until it came time for me to withdraw all of the money I earned from an entire week (an hour or two a day). It does not disclose this at the beginning, but you need to verify with your SSN, a picture of your ID, and a picture of your face. Your money will be locked behind this super invasive wall. I thought, I guess I’ll verify because I worked really hard for the 50$ I wanted to withdraw. I attempted to verify and it didn’t work. I emailed them and it took them multiple days to get back to me. All they could tell me is try again. OBVIOUSLY IT DIDN'T WORK THE FIRST TIME! I would just like to redeem my 50$ with no excuses. They’ll talk to you like YOU did something wrong when all you did was follow the procedure they made. I still haven’t received my money, and I suspect I never will. TLDR: super invasive, asked for my SSN, ID, and a selfie. Attempted to do this and it didn’t work anyways (so now my info is out there with no reward). Customer support is rude, and they pick and choose who gets to redeem their money.

GBIt shouldn’t have taken THAT many emails… It shouldn’t have taken as many emails as it did to resolve this issue. The stubborn person handling it in the beginning needs to get off his high horse and actually help people. Why would I lie about hitting a level in a game? Ridiculous.

GBI always hate having to email about a… I always hate having to email about a problem. I always think it will be a waste of time. This was super quick and painless. Just a few screenshots and that's it. Thank goodness!
