A poor experience I was first working with Harvey. He never explained anything, I was always the one who had to ask questions and inquire about everything that was going on. Then he started not responding and ghosting me. It took me weeks to reach the company for them to finally disclose he was no longer worker there. Not once did anyone tell me or find someone else to take over my project. After complaining, they handed me off to Richard. At the start he was doing great and being super helpful. However the same thing started to happen. No one was answering. He scheduled calls with me and then wouldn't call or would not be available when I called. The book was supposed to be done over Thanksgiving break and it is now Jan 31st and still not done due to the lack of care and responsiveness from this company and team. I personally would not use this company again.

Having had bad experiences with self-publishing companies in the past, I'm a bit wary.
