CAI would say I love this journey I would say I love this journey. I’m so glad I chose Amazon. Publishing plus I have to let you know who’s reading this. I have progressive ms. Carehome and Wheelchair and I’m using auto types so it’s not how I want to say things. They are prompt. They get back to me. They made me feel like I count the story of this creative journey and I’m very very excited to be continuing. I’m very very happy so far. And my name is Stephie Burke desousa

GBI had the pleasure of working with James Perez I had the pleasure of working with James Perez on possibly coming to an agreement regarding publishing a book through Amazon which I have written entitled "The Eternal Being". James was very patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions. My greatest concern is that I would be self-publishing this book and therefore need to be extremely careful in doing so as I would be liable for copyright misuse based on direct quotes I take from other sources which I use to defend my case for the existence of an eternal being whom I then argue is God. I look forward to working with James to hopefully get my book published in a timely fashion.

GBA poor experience I was first working with Harvey. He never explained anything, I was always the one who had to ask questions and inquire about everything that was going on. Then he started not responding and ghosting me. It took me weeks to reach the company for them to finally disclose he was no longer worker there. Not once did anyone tell me or find someone else to take over my project. After complaining, they handed me off to Richard. At the start he was doing great and being super helpful. However the same thing started to happen. No one was answering. He scheduled calls with me and then wouldn't call or would not be available when I called. The book was supposed to be done over Thanksgiving break and it is now Jan 31st and still not done due to the lack of care and responsiveness from this company and team. I personally would not use this company again.

GBI have been working with CherylAnn now… I have been working with CherylAnn now for several weeks on my book ‘The Mental Scars You Cannot See’. When I first started my publishing journey, I was still very apprehensive about publishing it at all. They very quickly set my nerves to rest when I seen the book coming to life and absolutely loved all the work they had done on it. Seeing your work becoming an actual book, was what made it a reality. As much as I didn’t think publishing one book was a possibility, they have given me the confidence to publish a second and I cannot wait to share it. Thank you to all at Amazon publishing plus, I look forward to working with you again on my second book.

GBWorking with Amazon Plus Publishing is…Easy. Working with Amazon Plus Publishing is a [new] author's dream honestly. I started by self-publishing two children's books that I wrote/illustrated but the price point for self-published works is just too high, defeating the purpose of sharing my craft with the public. Amazon Plus Publishing and Antonio my project manager specifically, made everything really easy. This route is really ideal for the author who wants to publish mainstream but isn't necessarily into hand-holding or being saturated by the process. I'd say it was relatively hands off for my children's books but my next, a psychological thriller, will be a bit more complex and team-oriented on getting it to print because there will be more involved- i.e. cover design, editing, etc. I have zero qualms about Antonio and his team being able to handle all of those components and I really appreciate the structure of publishing with Amazon Plus because they handle all of the things authors like me don't really want to after they've finally finished a written work. What I mean is, they handle the internet things and formatting, so you don't have to! That's beyond valuable. Communication system, process, all of it- EASY. Like I said, a new author's dream! THANK YOU!
