Daniel Lock and Kacy Wilson are the BEST!! I had a fabulous chat meeting with Kacy Wilson and Daniel Lock. They were both extremely helpful and Daniel was able to not only answer my questions, but was able to work around my schedule to put my book publishing project on a road to success! I'm super excited to be working with them and the Amazon team!

Evaluation of Alysha Hudson . Alysha Hudson was very helpful throughout the project. Her patience and quick response to any inquiry are greatly commendable. She provided easy and clear explanation for each step in the process and the role of the author. Obstacles were quickly eliminated as soon as they appear. I recommend new authors to work with her !

Helpful and Informative Oscar Gil helped me get through the starting process to publishing a book! Very informative, and helpful when it comes to learning about the process as well as payment options. This is a great place to start when it comes to publishing, especially for first time users! Thanks!

Patience and Professionalism I've been working closely with the team for a less than a month and I can only say that even when things seem not to look exactly as you plan, the people will make their best to make it right. It has been a different experience for me to see a team put on great effort in aligning with your view of your work and provide results in such a short time.

Helping dyslexic writers Amazon publishing have been nothing short of amazing. They have been patient with aiding me through publishing my first novel due to being dyslexic. It has been eye opening with the learning process of publishing a book for the first time.
