Enjoying and learning in the process I am working with Paul Hayden, project manager, to publish my novel. The process has been going smoothly, with consistent communication between us. Paul ensures that my manuscript is moving along and responds to me promptly. I look forward to the actual publication day.

Second chances can be worth it!!! Second chances can be worth it. Complete transparency, the relationship with Amazon Publishing Company initially began with excitement and enthusiasm. However, I had a bad experience with the first Project Manager and was ready to throw in the towel. He was dishonest and not transparent regarding my project or the money that I had already invested. He also began slacking on my project and ignoring my requests to speak with his supervisor. Once I was able to speak with a supervisor, he assigned me a new Project Manager immediately, and the shift happened. She came on board and was both enthusiastic and dedicated in ensuring that my publishing experience was/is a success. She listens to my concerns and makes it a priority to "SHOW UP" at all times, she's responsive, understanding and we communicate consistently on what my needs and wants are. I'm grateful that we were able to turn this relationship around! A special gratitude to Emma for being exactly what I needed for my project. I just published my first book and I'm looking forward to this new marketing plan and the success of becoming "Amazon's Best-Selling Poet". Manifesting greatness. Daniel Lock and Kacy Wilson are the BEST!! I had a fabulous chat meeting with Kacy Wilson and Daniel Lock. They were both extremely helpful and Daniel was able to not only answer my questions, but was able to work around my schedule to put my book publishing project on a road to success! I'm super excited to be working with them and the Amazon team!
