I purchased a copy of the premier title offered by the publisher and the book didn’t arrive in the allotted time. I posted a disgruntled review and figured I was Pooched. I was totally wrong. I received an email on Monday, July 4th from Mr. Luis Ferro, Company CEO explaining my options as well as the steps that he had already put into action. My book arrived as per his plan and I must say how impressed I am with both the beautiful book and the honesty of Mr. Luis Ferro. We all fumble the ball but the way this company’s CEO treated my issue was a benchmark for good customer service…he sent me an email on the 4th of July and for an American company that is just amazing! I love the quality of the product, I am already waiting to purchase the next title, but more than that, I trust this company. I recommend both.

Great edition of Marcus Aurelius I have a fantastic edition of Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations. The black paper is great, the printing clear and the binding sturdy and well-done. A great addition to my collection, recommended.
