As a small business owner of a sandwich shop, I wanted to change my business from an LLC to an S Corp. The tax benefits just made more sense, so when I began researching on how to do it, ElectSCorp legal service popped up in my google search and I looked them up. I saw they had other good reviews so I decided to reach out to them. I told them that I wanted to file paperwork with the IRS as soon as possible to change my small business to an S Corp for the tax benefits, and they knew exactly how to get me started right away. Not to mention how great the customer service was. They sent the paperwork to me in less than 24 hours, I had it signed, and they even filed it for me! I was so pleased that they were on top of being as timely as possible! Also, as a business owner, I of course was concerned with how much the services would cost me, but surprisingly the charges were more than fair! They provided me the breakdown of all the fees to assure me that there were no hidden fees. Being transparent is a great business practice in which I was looking for among other high qualities before I signed up with them. This is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.
