They only asked for a few questions about my company and told me to not worry and that they could get the request approved even when I already passed the deadline of 75 days since the day I formed my LLC. They handled my case quite well and I got my S-Corp approved in three weeks. I was impressed and happy with their professionalism and fast service, and would highly recommend them. This is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.
