I reached out to them and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They only asked for a few questions about my company and told me to not worry and that they could get the request approved even when I already passed the deadline of 75 days since the day I formed my LLC. They handled my case quite well and I got my S-Corp approved in three weeks. I was impressed and happy with their professionalism and fast service, and would highly recommend them. It was a great experience for me overall. Although I wish they would add a chat box so the customers could quickly ask any questions when they browse through their website.

The IRS does not allow electronically filed Form 2553 - you MUST mail it in or Fax it with your actual signature, not a print.
