GBSave your money Save your money, they are a total scam. You have to physically sign the form and the government will reject the filing and delay the process by months.

GBWhen I decided to open The Green Beanβ¦ When I decided to open The Green Bean Cafe, I knew I had a lot on my plate, especially as a single mother. The thought of dealing with the IRS and filing Form 2553 was overwhelming. But then I found ElectSCorp! Their friendly team guided me through the process, like a helpful neighbor lending a hand. I'm happy to say that my cafe is now an S-Corp, and I can focus on serving delicious, healthy food to my community. ElectSCorp turned a stressful situation into a piece of (organic, gluten-free) cake! π°

GBRoots and Leaves Running a cafe like Roots and Leaves means juggling a lot of things, from sourcing fresh produce to hosting workshops. So when it came to tax filing, I was in over my head. But then I discovered ElectSCorp. It was a godsend! I was able to file form 2553 easily and my business was quickly approved as an S-Corp. It was incredibly streamlined, though a bit more guidance through the process would've been ideal. Still, it's a huge relief to know that I can focus on my passion for health and sustainability without worrying about IRS woes. Thanks, ElectSCorp!

GBI paid $100 for them to file a 2553β¦ I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.
