The IRS does not allow electronically filed Form 2553 - you MUST mail it in or Fax it with your actual signature, not a print.

This is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.

Fast service for a great price When I was doing the research on how to file for an S-Corp for my LLC, I came across ElectScorp. I thought what a great idea to outsource the work to someone else so I could focus on other stuffs, especially when the price is quite reasonable as compared to other servicing companies.
