GBThis is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.

GBAs a busy business owner As a busy business owner, I don't have a lot of time to spend on administrative tasks like filing form 2553. That's why I was grateful to find ElectScorp. They handled everything for me, and I was able to get my S-Corp status approved quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend ElectScorp to anyone who needs help with S-Corp filing.

GBOMG!! OMG, you guys! πΎ ElectSCorp totally saved my day! I was sooo stressed about filing my Form 2553 with the IRS. As a marine biologist turned entrepreneur, dealing with the IRS was like swimming with sharks! π± But ElectSCorp made it a breeze. π They guided me step by step and before I knew it, Coastal Pet Boutique was officially an S-Corp! π Their team was so supportive, I felt like I had my own lifeguard on duty! Now I can focus on saving the planet, one eco-friendly pet product at a time! πΆππ

GBIt is a complete scam It is a complete scam! DO NOT USE.. The positive reviews are all the same sentence format - clearly done by an AI like Chatgpt.. sprinkled among the actual real reviews. The IRS does not allow electronically filed Form 2553 - you MUST mail it in or Fax it with your actual signature, not a print.

GBI paid $100 for them to file a 2553β¦ I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.
