GBFast service for a great price When I was doing the research on how to file for an S-Corp for my LLC, I came across ElectScorp. I thought what a great idea to outsource the work to someone else so I could focus on other stuffs, especially when the price is quite reasonable as compared to other servicing companies. I reached out to them and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They only asked for a few questions about my company and told me to not worry and that they could get the request approved even when I already passed the deadline of 75 days since the day I formed my LLC. They handled my case quite well and I got my S-Corp approved in three weeks. I was impressed and happy with their professionalism and fast service, and would highly recommend them. It was a great experience for me overall. Although I wish they would add a chat box so the customers could quickly ask any questions when they browse through their website.

GBMy S-Corp form 2553 was filed after 2… My S-Corp form 2553 was filed after 2 days using ElectSCorp. I got the S-Corp approval letter from the IRS after 3 weeks. This is faster than I expect since the IRS is usually very slow. Overall this company did what it promised and got the job done. One small minus is they tend to answer my question faster over email vs. phone.

GBI paid $100 for them to file a 2553… I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.

GBWait and See I will come back and change my review if they actually contact me. I sent an application on Monday and they collected my monies up front 95$. Have not heard anything from them. No replies to emails, or phone calls. I have a feeling I may have been scammed. If they reach out I will change my review accordingly.

GBThis is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.
