It is a complete scam It is a complete scam! DO NOT USE.. The positive reviews are all the same sentence format - clearly done by an AI like Chatgpt.. sprinkled among the actual real reviews. The IRS does not allow electronically filed Form 2553 - you MUST mail it in or Fax it with your actual signature, not a print.

My S-Corp form 2553 was filed after 2… My S-Corp form 2553 was filed after 2 days using ElectSCorp. I got the S-Corp approval letter from the IRS after 3 weeks. This is faster than I expect since the IRS is usually very slow. Overall this company did what it promised and got the job done. One small minus is they tend to answer my question faster over email vs. phone.
