GBI paid $100 for them to file a 2553… I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.

GBIt is a complete scam It is a complete scam! DO NOT USE.. The positive reviews are all the same sentence format - clearly done by an AI like Chatgpt.. sprinkled among the actual real reviews. The IRS does not allow electronically filed Form 2553 - you MUST mail it in or Fax it with your actual signature, not a print.

GBRoots and Leaves Running a cafe like Roots and Leaves means juggling a lot of things, from sourcing fresh produce to hosting workshops. So when it came to tax filing, I was in over my head. But then I discovered ElectSCorp. It was a godsend! I was able to file form 2553 easily and my business was quickly approved as an S-Corp. It was incredibly streamlined, though a bit more guidance through the process would've been ideal. Still, it's a huge relief to know that I can focus on my passion for health and sustainability without worrying about IRS woes. Thanks, ElectSCorp!

GBThis is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.
