Save your money Save your money, they are a total scam. You have to physically sign the form and the government will reject the filing and delay the process by months.

I have never used a service like this before and they made it very easy. They helped me file my form 2553 and created an EIN number for me very quickly. I am very happy with the service that I received from them and would be using them from now on. I will also recommend this company to other business owners if they need any legal help.

I paid $100 for them to file a 2553… I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.

This is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.
