GBThis is a total scam and they know it This is a total scam and they know it. They charge you $95 to incompletely fill out the form and fax it to the irs. Then when I inquired about the status of my application, i got the run around. Finally they told me that "sometimes" the irs requires a wet signature and may reject the filing. ElectScorp then said they would send me a copy to sign and send back to the irs. Well, that was a lie. The IRS sent me the form to complete and mail back, not electscorp, and rejected the first application. This is a scam and they know it. Don't waste your money.

GBSave your money Save your money, they are a total scam. You have to physically sign the form and the government will reject the filing and delay the process by months.

GBWhen I decided to open The Green Bean… When I decided to open The Green Bean Cafe, I knew I had a lot on my plate, especially as a single mother. The thought of dealing with the IRS and filing Form 2553 was overwhelming. But then I found ElectSCorp! Their friendly team guided me through the process, like a helpful neighbor lending a hand. I'm happy to say that my cafe is now an S-Corp, and I can focus on serving delicious, healthy food to my community. ElectSCorp turned a stressful situation into a piece of (organic, gluten-free) cake! 🍰
