I paid $100 for them to file a 2553… I paid $100 for them to file a 2553 form. I still have to sign it and mail it back in. I could have just filled this thing out myself and mailed in. This was the biggest waist of $100 I have ever spent.

Fast service for a great price When I was doing the research on how to file for an S-Corp for my LLC, I came across ElectScorp. Wait and See I will come back and change my review if they actually contact me. I sent an application on Monday and they collected my monies up front 95$. Have not heard anything from them. No replies to emails, or phone calls. I have a feeling I may have been scammed. If they reach out I will change my review accordingly.
