Excellent customer service by James Perez - you email, they answer right away, you call they pick up the phone. Their company provides fantastic support, as well as affordable and extremely effective advertising packages. This is a company that invests in the success of their authors. GBPublishing a debut novel with. Publishing a debut novel with Amazon2Audible was a steep learning curve for me. I never quite knew whether the difficulties I experienced (long gaps waiting for next chapters to review for approval, lack of responses to questions, and a few technical difficulties accessing editing) were 'normal for book processing' or just inefficiency. I can say the project came alive when Zayn Kassem took over as Project manager. Thanks to his timely responses, clear advice/suggestions, and prompt actions, my book is now available on Amazon/Kindle! Would I use Amazon2Audible again? Yes, I think I would.
