Realistic in the story book. They wrote a story book for me. The book was created with a lot of attention. The book had very interesting stories in it and each story was well thought out. They made the unrealistic details look very realistic in the story book.

Now, they no longer respond to these complaints and Adam, in charge of my business, has disappeared altogether. They tell me he is not in or he’s out of town. Everyone is at the mercy of the “Billing Department”. My next step is the Better Business Bureau—maybe they can make things happen.

To get the final editing accomplished and the book printed and delivered before the family Christmas celebration was a challenge, but they did it.
