I was entirely unprepared for this… I was entirely unprepared for this undertaking. Every member of my team put in dedicated effort to assist me in bringing my created story to life. As a first-time author, I was utterly clueless, and their patient guidance exceeded my expectations. Not the best experience On behalf of my mother, I signed up for the printing of her small book. We haven't received the books yet but I guess they are on the way. I feel like because we didn't spend more money for editing that we were not important. Communication is not good at all. Snippy and short. I have had to check the status and then be told that printing is on hold for this reason or that reason. I don't know... maybe this is normal. Hope to get the books soon. Haven't got a reply on the ETA.
