They have brought me from having no… They have brought me from having no idea how this effort of writing a book and publishing it that Emma and Adam communicated with me when it was needed. I am currently waiting to get my books sent to me so I can distribute them to local people and start using social media to enhance marketing of it.

NO END IN SIGHT NO END IN SIGHT It’s been three solid months of waiting for the $500 refund I was assured. Now, they no longer respond to these complaints and Adam, in charge of my business, has disappeared altogether. They tell me he is not in or he’s out of town. Everyone is at the mercy of the “Billing Department”. My next step is the Better Business Bureau—maybe they can make things happen.

Professional, Compassionate, and Reasonable I am completely satisfied with the quality of the book that BestBookWriters put together for me and my family. I hired them to design, edit, and print the two-part memoir that Mom and I co-wrote. Both parts included several pictures, most of them in color. They did a nice job of integrating the visuals in the text; in other words, the design is exactly what I wanted. Be prepared to do your part. We worked together to produce a 207-page book that I know Mom would love. Mom did get to see the beautiful cover, and she contributed to the final touches just a few days before she passed. To get the final editing accomplished and the book printed and delivered before the family Christmas celebration was a challenge, but they did it. Adam, Emma, and their team knew how very important the book was for my family, and they expedited the process. They truly cared. You can trust them to do a fine job on your project for a reasonable cost.

Not the best experience On behalf of my mother, I signed up for the printing of her small book. We haven't received the books yet but I guess they are on the way. I feel like because we didn't spend more money for editing that we were not important. Communication is not good at all. Snippy and short. I have had to check the status and then be told that printing is on hold for this reason or that reason. I don't know... maybe this is normal. Hope to get the books soon. Haven't got a reply on the ETA.
