One of the resolutions was to assign James Enzo to my project. He has been a tremendous help and a great pleasure to work with. He is very responsive- prompt and clear in his communication. He works to ensure I am satisfied with the work being done on my project. If corrections are necessary he takes care of then immediately. Both April and James are great to work with.

James Enzo James Enzo has been very helpful with my experience at Amazon Publishing. He is always available to talk through things with me, explaining everything in a way I can understand, and responds quickly when I need something. Mr. Enzo has been very straightforward and detailed about what is needed and when. I would absolutely recommend him to someone else going through the same experience as me and trying to publish a book they're passionate about.
