My experience began well but then I… My experience began well but then I experienced some issues. April was very understanding and helpful as she quickly addressed my concerns. One of the resolutions was to assign James Enzo to my project. He has been a tremendous help and a great pleasure to work with. He is very responsive- prompt and clear in his communication. He works to ensure I am satisfied with the work being done on my project. If corrections are necessary he takes care of then immediately. Both April and James are great to work with.

My representative Tina and Me My representative Tina, made sure my wishes and words came first priority. She always left me feeling I did a good job and felt confident in my work. I was very fortunate she was my rep. As well I asked her a lot of questions some more than once and she always came through with answers and that I was doing just fine. And here I am.

Toasting Happiness with Spices Harris and associates were consistently respectful, courteous, helpful,knowledgeable. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Harris Gray, project manager. He was the glue that made my book work now, and I hope to have his expertise for future publications . I could not have navigated the process without his knowledge .Emma Baker's hospitality was instrumental in my decision to start this journey and I will always be grateful for her very encouraging review. She has given me hope that my poetry could have a universal response

James Enzo James Enzo has been very helpful with my experience at Amazon Publishing. He is always available to talk through things with me, explaining everything in a way I can understand, and responds quickly when I need something. Mr. Enzo has been very straightforward and detailed about what is needed and when. Five Stars for Emma Baker After much searching and inquires, my initial contact at Amazonpublishersonline was with Emma Baker. At that time, I was very skeptical and scared that I would be caught up in some kind of vanity publishing scam. Emma was very good--she was informative, reassuring, and just nice. I felt comfortable speaking with her, and she answered all of my questions (no matter how naive).
