James Enzo, Project Manager, The Untimely Moment James Enzo was the Project Manager for my manuscript of poems. This was my first attempt at self-publishing. James was always willing to help, to guide me, available by email, text, and phone, responding in a reasonable time frame. He was courtepus, friendly, and laughed at my jokes (worth his weight in gold for that). When someone on the team thought it appropriate to edit my (a poet's) work, we discussed and he reversed the edits. James really came through with the cover, listening to my wishes and coming up with ideas that made it sing! I believe he and I learned a lot together. I will request him for my next book!

Not Even One Star Not Even One Star Don't waste your money as I did. The whole process was upside down and poorly managed. I paid for a "hard edit" package with developmental review to be followed by professional editing and formatting, etc. as would be the normal process. My first round of editing was a once-over lightly copy edit and full formatting. I am not naive or vain enough to believe I am that good a writer.
