Combination of storytelling and shadows… Combination of storytelling and shadows play! My kids loved it. We were reading and acting the characters, playing with voices, creating our own stories everyone had fun. We picked “The Snow Queen” story that was a great addition to our Elf from the Shelf tradition. There so many activities you can create with this book! Plus, it’s gadget free family bonding time. An amazing experience OMG!!! That’s how I want to start my review for this absolutely amazing book. It’s such a joy to read it and to play with it. Even though I bought it for our kids I myself (as a woman who once was a girl looking for mysteries and fairytales in every day life) enjoyed it immensely. It’s very user friendly and if you are not in the mood to tell the whole story yourself you can just turn on the audio version of the book that you can very easily open using QR code. If your kids are old enough they can use it too or maybe you will let them tell their own version of “Nutracker”, just to see where their imagination take you. All my family absolutely loved this experience and I’m sure we will read and play with this book many times. The shadow book helps you to create memories your kids won’t forget. I wish I had something like this when I was little. If you are looking for something that brings a joy in your life and at the same time you want to share it with your family - this book is a right choice.
