Within 2 hours I've signed up with an accountant who will help me file my taxes before the deadline next week. I've been dragging my feet on connecting with my first accountant. Their enthusiasm and drive made up for it. Yay!

If there is one area for improvement, it would be listening skills, as Erin was so exuberant and willing to help, that she sometimes didn't allow me a chance to speak. They keep extending my contract to give them time to fulfill, but they have forced me to pay them even though they have not provided the leads per the terms of the contract. this company need to be out of business Bad customer service fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service Please Look the BBB Review Review Review online don't do business with this company NO Consumer Services Do NOT sign up for their lead gen service. Avoid Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!! We were very impressed by Paul's convincing sales pitch and signed up for a year! Through out the year we received terrible leads, completely useless... who would not know why they were being contacted, and where we were getting their contact information from, and sounded quite clueless and lost on the calls. A complete waste of time to pursue, but we tried nonetheless. At the end of the contract period, I informed them in writing that we do wish to continue as our experience with them was completely abysmal an they informed me that our contract has been auto-renewed for another year and are continuing to charge me monthly an exorbitant amount and not one credible/useful leads to show up for it. Don't waste your time or money here... it's just a con!

We received the quotes the same day we sent the request. Follow-up was done after I had time to review the quotes and our new accounting firm was chosen within days. The customer service was excellent.
