Ageras - Professional, High-Touch, Amazing Work! After a long and exhaustive search for a PCAOB auditor, my company decided to take a flyer and reached out to Ageras. Having used search firms like this in the past, my hopes weren't very high. Pleasantly surprised, Ageras was professional, transparent, responsive, and the came in well below budget. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

I used this website to find an accountant I first had a negative experience, but after they got to know about the difficulty I faced, they reached out to me and helped me even more than one would normally would expect. I used this website to find an accountant to help me with my tax filing. They gave suggested an accountant, and told me that the suggested person has a lot of experience handling tax filing for F-1 visa holders. Also, Ageras told me they will be sending me a gift card once I confirm to work with the accountant they recommended. However, a month past my confirmation, I had not received it, and I had no luck receiving an answer after probably 3-4 times emailing them and 3-4 times calling them, which sent me over to voice message each time. However, once they got to know about my bad experience through the review I left, they emailed me and apologized for the bad experience. Turns out that the gift card was sent to the wrong email address. Also, since the accountant they previously suggested had postponed the work for 2-3 weeks, they offered to find another accountant for me to prepare my tax return and file it, completely paid by Ageras. The accountant they hired for this time was very experienced and prepared my tax return probably in a week, and very easy to work with. They also sent me a $50 gift card as they promised at the beginning. I really appreciate that they handled the situation in a responsible manner and I'm changing my review to 5 stars because of that. Hands down the easiest experience in… Hands down the easiest experience in obtaining a CPA. I've been on the search for months then when I came across the Ageras website and worked with Erin Miles. Before I knew it there were several CPA's calling me immediately, explaining how they can help our business. From there I was able to choose the best one to fit our needs.

Great Service The company is very professional. I didn't realize I would receive the level of support that I did during the process, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had one referral that did not work out and Erin promptly found another qualified tax professional to round out my three referrals. I had been worried that I would not find a trustworthy tax professional for my business, but with Erin's help, I was able to find a licensed EA quickly at a very reasonable rate.

Unresponsive I found Agerus through an ad on Instagram. I signed up to find an accountant to help me file taxes. I never got any recommendations and it's been over a month. I have also tried emailing them and not received a response. Total waste of my time. I do not recommend Agerus unless being completely ignored is your thing.
