Glitchy system Apart from looking cool, this POS system is very glitchy! I'm running the POS system for restaurants and every time I attempt to join bill my entire system crash. I have 2 bills that are frozen in my order list since last year. For some reason I cant click it to process payment. Couple times I've printed/ reset my day and all 0's show on my closing off report. Customer service response time is quick, but they all turn you around in circles having you do the same thing. I've gotten 3 different tickets for the same issues!!! I've shown then pictures and videos of the issue. They all stop responding after a certain time. Ohh!! and of course, one of them even blamed the pandemic!!

Aside from looking good the system… Aside from looking good the system itself is not too great for the following reasons: 1)customers can’t see total unless iPad is flipped over. The small green led screen in front is useless because it shows the shops name, which is already visible every where 2)can’t search for which products are sold through which suppliers. We have over 700 skus and work with 13 suppliers, would be useful to search, let’s say Martignetti, and see which items we carry that go through Martignetti 3)I’m getting both emails and texts for inventory status, there should be an option to go with one or the other

easy to use, cheap, could be better easy to use, cheap enough to start out small and very convenient in making specified colors for specific items in store. it definitely could be better. one major issue i had: it does not alphabetize your inventory/inputs for any items. im a store that has a regular influx of product on a monthly basis, so my stock changes, weekly. so when i cant find things fast its annoying. example: IF i input 5 different items starting with different letters: it will look like this (below) unless you purposefully alphabetize it BEFORE entering it into inventory (not including new product coming in which is troublesome to deal with) (B / C / Z / E / A ) ^ regardless of the color/section its put inside, new product is a hassle to find, due to being the very last items you would input. imagine having 100+ items in one section ? not alphabetized?

Great Customer Service We like the POS system however we are still having some problems with the card reader.

Just one complaint The system is so easy to use and it looks great. The few times I have dealt with customer services they were very quick to help. The only issue that I really have is that we have been on the system for about 5 months and my monthly fee just got raised. The price of the fee was one of the reasons I signed up with Datio. I've already purchased the system and I feel locked in because of that investment and now I find out it is more expensive than I had signed on for.
