Datio used for 3 years, excellent! We have used the Datio POS terminal in our salon for 3 years. It is simple and intuitive to use. It took only minutes to set up and start using right out of the box. The customer Service is excellent. Highly recommend.

We use Datio for multiple locations of… We use Datio for multiple locations of our Ice cream shop. Easy to use no training needed, Tips on screen is very convenient.

There are some elements of the system… Room for Improvement - There are some elements of the system we really like but 1.) software is in need of basic improvements (sales tax, reporting and more) 2.) completely stunned that I couldn't check a customer out because my monthly Datio fee didn't process on my credit card and I was shut down without any notice, also 3.) had to follow up several times before I received a promotional credit.

It has been invaluable. It has been invaluable. The four instead of five relates only to my local situation. That I can’t use the credit card slot in Jamaica. I appreciate the updates. Thank you.
