I like Shortlist, but... I like Shortlist, but there are a lot of problems. No sooner do w get one thing fixed and then something else comes up. I'd be a lot happier if I knew from one day to the next that Shortlist wasn't going to go down or some feature wasn't going to be screwed up.

So very pleased... I would say my experience with Shortlist has been nothing short of wonderful. It really streamlines the process for everyone involved; from the billing department to the consultants and analysts that use it. It is really beautiful simplicity. My POC is always responsive and open to new ideas or suggestions we have. It's impossible to tailor something to fit the exact needs of everyone but I feel as though they put in the effort to get as close as possible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Shortlist to anyone looking for a new platform or really just a breath of fresh air.

I've been working with Shortlist for… I've been working with Shortlist for nearly 2 years and it's really helped us manage our vendor pool. As we've grown and our needs have changed, the folks at Shortlist have been responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

Great customer service, but needs some major adds The team is extremely responsive to functionality add-on requests, which is incredible and very promising. So far, the program works well for our basic needs, but reporting is really lacking. However, if you're looking for a basic organization tool for freelance teams, this is a good option.
