I got this service for the offline book… I got this service for the offline book reading during a trip. It was problematic and constantly was logging me out and since I didn't have internet service, I couldn't log back in to have access to books. When we were able to listen to books, the longer chapter books didn't save where you were at in the book, and it restared at the beginning every time the app was opened. My kids love Epic, but if you want this to use this service offline, it's not reliable.

Love the pictures and how realistic… Love the pictures and how realistic they are. My girls love reading the books and doing the quizzes at the end. Need more books in regards diversity more book in Spanish and America Sign Language interpreted. Many deaf children like ours lack resources as they can not hear the “ read to me” We would love some books translations into ASL. Great resource for hearing kids

If you’re considering EPIC, do it! I love how it makes reading fun for my kids. They can choose to read themselves or be read to. My favorite thing is that it offers quizzes on certain books to test kids comprehension and if they score low and want to reread and retake quiz they can. Also love that the kids can play games and there’s a built in rewards system that cheers them on as they go. Definitely worth investing into improving kids reading habits, desire to read and comprehension.

Terrible customer sevice You don't respond to emails you have no way of being contacted by phone which is very odd to me if you're such a reputable company. I've been trying to stop a subscription that my grandson thought was free through school and I'm being charged and nobody will respond.

Staying Engaged I give EPIC 5 stars. It is user friendly and my grands were accustom to using it at school. They enjoy being able to open a book on their phone or iPad without having to go to the library. I like because it keeps them reading with the ability to test their comprehension on some material. The only think I think they could do to improve is add more reading material for older students.
