The return label stated I must pay for shipping back to India if I wish to return Not going to go through that expense so I guess I need to live with a bent book. So I certainly won't be purchasing any future books.

The item we purchased was the lowest… The item we purchased was the lowest price we could find on the Internet, and the shipment and delivery were flawless. Not having previously purchased from Bookshoppe, I was initially hesitant (especially since their price was so much lower than anyone else). However, based upon my experience with this order, I would feel comfortable ordering products from them in the future.

I received an email asking to review my purchase, but hadn’t received it yet. Since it had been 3 weeks, I checked the status of my order and found out they had canceled it due to a price glitch. They never contacted me in any form to inform me of the situation. They didn’t even bother to ask if I would be willing to pay a higher price. I am very disappointed, and will take my business elsewhere.
