Any information on returning it and or contacting customer support was sadly lacking, very poor. I still can't find any reliable info on how to process a return or exchange

I always have good experience from… I always have good experience from Silver Paw but 3 of the 5 items purchased were of poor quality. The joints are not tight enough and my dogs opens them in minutes. I’m talking about a 6 months old puppy... Tks
