GBdecent products but long shipping times The House Stark collar and leash are perfect for our Ghosty boy. The Ghost rope toy didn’t last too long. Would have liked the rope to be a little thicker. Shipping was the only major concern. I checked every day with the link and it took almost 7 business days for the order to even leave the warehouse.

GBI am giving it 2 stars only because customer service stinks. I am giving it 2 stars only because I like the product--cute and well made. But the coat I ordered is too small for my pup and I can't for the life of me get anyone's attention for a return. When I first ordered I got a courtesy email letting me know I can reach out with any questions--the minute I did I got a bounce back with an invalid email address. I then tried another email--still no response. And there's no clear Returns section or instructions on the website. Because of this I won't ever order from them again.

GBI ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my… I ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my Little Chihuahua from Silver Paw around Christmas Time. Needless to stay the quality of it is 100% outstanding. One of the 2 Jackets fit a little too big, so I connected with this amazing company to ask for an exchange. Their costumer service was great and all I had to do was pay for the shipping to receive a smaller size and they asked to please donate the wrong size Jacket to a Dog in need at a Non Profit Organization. The Jacket will go to Jaime who owns a non profit organization for abused and neglected small dogs: PawliciousPoochiePetRescue . GBWeb site was hard to navigate and… Web site was hard to navigate and understand, seemed incomplete. The dog jacket I ordered arrived promptly and was good quality however didn't fit my dog. Any information on returning it and or contacting customer support was sadly lacking, very poor. I still can't find any reliable info on how to process a return or exchange
